1. Description of Service
PureRemove acts as an independent intermediary between individuals seeking to remove specific content (Clients) and the owners of the web resources where this content is hosted (Partners). We facilitate a secure transaction, ensuring Client anonymity and financial security for both parties.
2. Client Rules & Refund Policy
The Client makes a 100% upfront payment for the removal request. If the Site Owner refuses to remove the content or fails to respond within the established timeframe, the transaction is canceled, and a full refund is issued to the Client's original payment method. If the content is successfully removed, the service is considered rendered, and no refunds are provided.
3. Rules for Site Owners (Partners)
The Partner agrees to completely remove the requested URL from public access. To protect Clients from fraud and ensure the non-restoration of content, earned funds are credited to the Partner's balance with a 14-day hold period starting from the confirmation of removal. During this time, our system monitors the URL daily. Payouts can only be requested after the successful expiration of the hold period and completion of KYC verification.
4. Non-Restoration Guarantee
The Partner strictly agrees not to restore the removed content at the same or an altered URL after receiving payment. If content restoration is detected, the Partner's account will be permanently banned, all pending funds will be frozen, and the Client may be offered compensation.
5. Limitation of Liability
PureRemove is not a court or law enforcement agency. We do not evaluate the legality, accuracy, or ethics of the content. The decision to remove content rests solely with the Site Owner. The platform is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits of any party.
6. Limitation of Long-Term Guarantees
The platform provides strict 14-day monitoring and financial control (Escrow). However, we do not have administrative access to third-party servers. After the successful completion of the hold period and the release of funds, the continued absence of the content relies on the good faith and ethical norms of the Partner. The platform cannot provide a 100% lifetime guarantee against content restoration and does not issue refunds after a transaction is closed. In the event of an ethical breach by a Partner, our sole recourse is their permanent ban from the system.
